Which plan is right for me?
- Starter (Rs. 7,500/month) - for small teams: 3 staff and 300 active students. Drag-and-drop pipeline, document vault, deadlines, follow-up automations, the WhatsApp AI bot (BYOC), visa readiness score, and the student portal.
- Professional (Rs. 15,000/month) - for growing agencies: 10 staff and 1,500 active students. Adds the Course Finder & university program catalog, the parent portal, reports and agent performance analytics, and your own logo and branded login page.
- Enterprise (Rs. 35,000/month) - for multi-office agencies: unlimited staff and active students, 2 branches with branch managers, and the B2B sub-agent portal with 40 seats included (seats 41–65 move the whole plan to Rs. 55,000/month).
- Custom - for large networks and franchises: 3 or more branches, 65+ sub-agents, custom integrations, and your own limits at a negotiated price.
Staff means admins, managers and agents. Active students are files that aren’t Enrolled or Closed, so your history never counts against your plan. Student and parent portal logins are unlimited on every plan.

We have more than two offices. Which plan do we need?
Enterprise includes 2 branches. For 3 or more branches, more than 65 sub-agents, or custom integrations, we set up a Custom plan sized to your network — contact us.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Pricing is simple month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no long-term commitment.
What does BYOC mean for cost?
Bring Your Own Channel means you connect your own WhatsApp, AI (Anthropic), Twilio (SMS), and email accounts. Relently provides the software, not the bot - those providers bill you directly at their rates, so Relently adds no per-message or per-token markup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Professional, Enterprise and a Custom plan at any time as your agency grows or your needs change.
How do I pay, and what currency?
