How to Upload & Verify Documents

Open a student, go to Documents, upload the file under the right document type, then mark it Verified once checked — the vault tracks each document’s status against the student.

3 min read

The document vault keeps every student’s files in one secure place, each tagged with a type and a verification status — so you always know what’s collected, pending, or verified.

Upload and verify

  1. Open the student profile and go to Documents.
  2. Pick the document type and upload the file.
  3. Review it, then mark it Verified once it passes your check.
  4. The student’s document progress updates automatically.
Verified documents feed the student’s visa-readiness score, helping you spot weak applications before you submit them.

Sub-agents and (where enabled) students can upload documents from their own portals, which then appear here for your team to verify.

Frequently asked questions

What document types are supported?

Common study-abroad documents — passport, transcripts, English test scores, offer letters, financial proof, and more — organized by category.

Are uploaded documents secure?

Documents are stored against the student with access controlled by role. When cloud storage (S3) is configured, files are served via secure URLs.

Can students upload their own documents?

Yes, where the student or parent portal is enabled — uploads appear in your team’s view for verification.
